Stop Dieting, Try Metabolism Techniques
All living things must have sufficient and constant supply of body energy and matter. And this may only be done by ways of ingesting food and converting them into sources of energy via metabolism.
Metabolism is the biochemical derivation of chemical compounds among living things and cells. This includes catabolism and anabolism.
Catabolism is described as destructive metabolism. Typically, large organic compounds are broken down into much smaller compounds. This process usually occurs in the release of energy (normally as ATP). Anabolism on the other hand is the opposite. It is characterized by constructive metabolism and works simply the opposite way. Or the small constituents will bind together and form as a larger organic compound. This often needs the input of necessary energy (frequently as ATP).
This is the process that modern science used for immediate and healthier form of weight loss.
The principle in metabolism techniques is simple: increase the process of metabolism and speed up the process of dissolving fats. If you desire to get lighter in so short a time, metabolism techniques will give you the immediate result. This may seem doubtful initially but come to think of all the lean people who developed increased metabolism. These people actually have to overcome their rapid metabolism by means of eating as often as they can and as much as they may take in.
Considering dieting as the best way? Let me tell you, the problem with dieting is that many of them, instead of increasing your metabolism will work against it. They practically cause the slowing down of the process. And this is the exact reason why dieting is often ineffective. This then will become the precursor to much more complex problems.
As the diet slows down weight loss, the dieter will have to reduce the intake of food further. And this still would not help much since the body has the capacity to adopt to the newer and lower calorie intake. Plus, exercise regimen will further make things worse.
Physiologically, losing weight would mean decreased protein in the body. The more immediate the weight loss, the quicker the body looses its required protein content. Due to the lessened amount of protein intake while dieting, the body will have to break down some of its muscles as source of protein. This will be further exacerbated when the immune system requires the source of protein and much energy is needed. With this, another complication will arise. With increase loss of protein, metabolism may temporarily halt or will slow down significantly.
As this process continues, there will be considerable protein loss from cells. The total body weight will decrease along with muscle volume, metabolism and body composition. Naturally, the body will respond with this process by way of requiring small level of calorie intake for maintain the weight. The body will then stop from losing its current weight. Consequently, it may even gain the weight lost as a response to the current diet. The condition will further aggravate if the present dieting technique is continued. So you see, both planned and uneducated dieting may work against your primary purpose. That is to lose weight.
To permanently get around this increased problem and to get rid of much fat, it is best to help your body system to increase the speed of metabolism. Not only would you get away from the consequences as discussed above, you may also enjoy the positive effects of hassle free dieting.
